“I had been experiencing issues with the gas supply to my Fracino dual fuel coffee machine on my barista coffee van for several months. After contacting some local companies and engineers, who were unable to diagnose the problem, I was directed to Ronnie at Bog Standard Plumbing, who specialise in fitting and maintaining underslung LPG tanks. What a breath of fresh air..and such a relief! I spoke with Ronnie on the phone, initially and sent him photos of my setup. He was quickly able to offer a resolution. We discussed the options, he was open and transparent with his advice and I immediately felt reassured about his knowledge and expertise. We arranged a plan for the work to be done and Ronnie kept me informed of progress, working late into the evening to get me back on the road in time for my booked events. Finally after a year of uncertainty and constant troubles, my coffee van is up and running again, working perfectly. “Got his contact details through NCASS because I wanted to use somebody I could trust. Didn't let me down at all on that. Went to him with my catering trailer and fair play to him, he did a great job. He did everything I asked and even pointed out some things that I didn't notice, which was saved me a headache down the line. He was even flexible on receiving and handing over my trailer as I work away in the week. I definitely recommend.”

“Our aged washing machine decided it was time to wash the kitchen floor, the waste pipe had become blocked. One phone call to Ronnie was all it took, a text message was received notifying us of a time slot then a second text message saying the engineer would arrive in half an hour. The waste pipe was replaced and tested and any mess cleaned up and removed. Then a quick test carried out to ensure everything was left in working order. This work was all carried out on a Saturday night with a smile and at a great price. We would have no hesitation in recommending Bog Standard plumbing and will certainly be using their services again.”
